What is the total delivery time for my order?
Order delivery time depends on two factors: processing and shipping.
Processing is the time from when you submit your order to when the goods leave our warehouse. For most items, processing time is completed electronically and is usually within 2-5 business days.
Shipping begins when the goods leave our warehouse and arrive at the shipping destination of your choice. Once your order is shipped, we will send an email with tracking information.
What should I do if the tracking number I received is invalid?
It may take 2-5 business days to register and/or scan the tracking number in the carrier's system. This may prevent or delay your shipment visibility, so please wait a full business day and try again.
If it's been more than five business days since you received the tracking email and you still can't track your order, update the order status.
What if I haven't received my order yet?
Sometimes packages get lost in transit, sent to the wrong address, or delivered in parts. Packages can also be left with family, neighbors, co-workers, or building managers.
Note: If your order has been more than five days past its estimated delivery date, or tracking shows it was delivered but you still haven't received it, check the order status and request a refund.
How do I check the status of my order?
After completing any order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information. This information is also available online at Account Information > Order History.

Does it ship on Saturdays?
No, weekends and holidays are not currently included
Can I use different "Billing Address" and "Shipping Address"?
If you ship your order to an address other than your credit/debit card billing address, your order may be delayed or canceled. To avoid this, make sure your payment method settings and contact information are up to date when you place your order.
Please check your shipping address!
We are not responsible for shipping costs if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
All orders returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address will be automatically refunded, minus the shipping costs paid by us and applicable handling fees.
